- Obtain completer employment application
- Check references, background check
- Interview, meet other employees
- Check immigration status
- Employment offer letter and acceptance
- Schedule start date and prepare other departments: IT, Facilities, Security, etc.
- Deliver Employee documentation package
- Complete W4, setup Payroll program
- Complete insurance documents
- Deliver employee manual and signed acknowledgement of receipt
